Water Tap Application **NEW** Starting 5/1/24, water taps can be applied for via the paper form or by using our new software.
https://tapapp.fclwd.com/ Instructions for using the new software are HERE . Tap applications can take 10 - 15 business days to process and expire after 180 days.
Residential meter sets will only be completed on Tuesdays and Fridays. Allow additional time for multi family, commercial, and irrigation meters.

Meter Pit Relocation Form  **There is a fee associated with each meter pit relocation. Fee must be paid via credit card over the phone at the time the request is made.
