The Fort Collins-Loveland Water District has provided water transmission and distribution services to businesses and citizens since 1961. Delivering sustainable, high-quality, secure, reliable and cost effective water, the District serves over 60,000 people in an area that encompasses approximately 60 square miles in part of Fort Collins, Loveland, Timnath, Windsor and Larimer County. The District is governed by an elected board of directors, with monthly meetings that are open to the public.

Civil Engineer II/III: Transmission & Distribution - Reporting to the Capital Projects Supervisor, this position will manage the design and construction of various water transmission and distribution, pump station, and storage tank projects under an integrated project delivery model with early contractor engagement. Civil Engineer I/II: Development Review - Reporting to the Development Review Supervisor, this position will coordinate with developers, consulting engineers, and jurisdictional agencies while preparing technical review comments, approval documentation, and maintaining tracking systems through the development approval process. Utility Locator - Reporting to the Regulatory Operations Superintendent, this full-time position will be responsible for locating and marking all underground District facilities. Water Utility Technician I/II - Seeking to fill two full-time openings. Reporting to the Water Operations Supervisors, these positions will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of the District's distribution system. Construction Project Manager - Reporting to the District Engineer, this position will provide all-phase project oversight and administration for assigned vertical and water distribution infrastructure construction projects. Divide Canal & Reservoir Company (DCRC): General Manager - Providing executive leadership to a long-established mutual ditch and reservoir organization, this role will oversee water delivery operations, infrastructure, regulatory compliance, financial performance, and staff management, while serving as the primary liaison to the Board of Directors and external stakeholders. This position is quarter-time and is not benefit eligible.
