Since 2019, Fort Collins-Loveland Water District has been planning updates to our headquarters, located at 5150 Snead Drive. Over time, our operational needs have grown, and we’ve reached a point where our existing space no longer fully supports the work required to serve our community effectively.
This headquarters project is about ensuring our team has the space needed to continue fulfilling our mission, providing sustainable, high-quality, secure, reliable and cost-effective water, both now and into the future. Careful, long-term planning has guided this effort, allowing us to move forward thoughtfully and responsibly.

We’re committed to transparency and will continue to share information as the project progresses.
This project is an investment in the behind-the-scenes systems that keep your water reliable. Construction is not expected to impact your day-to-day water service. Water quality, delivery and customer support will continue as normal throughout the project.
If any temporary changes impact office access or customer interactions, we will communicate those updates clearly and in advance.
The District is actively investing in a diversified water portfolio to support long-term demand. This includes developing and securing alternative water resources, including the Vita H2O Project, that align with existing rates and fee structures, provide greater cost certainty and offer more clearly defined and dependable delivery timelines
