Chris Pletcher, P.E.

Chris Pletcher joined the Fort Collins-Loveland Water District in 2019 as the District Engineer with over 25 years of experience in utilities and engineering, specifically within drinking water and sanitary sewer systems. He is a licensed professional engineer and has experience in both the private and public sectors providing executive and department-level leadership with financial accountability and staff management responsibilities. In February 2022, Chris transitioned from his previous role as District Engineer to Interim General Manager and was formally selected as Fort Collins-Loveland Water District General Manager on April 1, 2022.
